 Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes—no mascara, eyeliner, or oil-based products. Avoid caffeine before your appointment to minimize eye fluttering. 

 Yes you will need to remove your contact lenses before your appointment, as your eyes will be closed for an extended period. 

• Avoid water, steam, and sweat for the first 24-48 hours.
• Clean your lashes daily with an oil-free lash cleanser.
• Avoid rubbing, pulling, or sleeping on your face.
• Brush your lashes daily with a clean spoolie.
• Stay away from oil-based makeup and removers.

 It’s not recommended, as mascara can weaken the adhesive and cause clumping. If necessary, use an extension-safe, water-based mascara on the tips only. I strongly recommend against using any mascara at all.

 We recommend booking a fill every 2-3 weeks to keep your lashes looking full and fresh. If too many extensions have shed, a full set may be required. 

 No, attempting to remove them at home can damage your natural lashes. We offer professional removal using a gentle, safe adhesive remover. 

During an infill, we carefully remove any grown-out or unruly lashes and replace them with new extensions. This ensures your lash set remains even, comfortable, and beautifully styled without causing strain on your natural lashes. We also check the health of your natural lashes to make sure they remain strong and healthy over time.

Lash extensions naturally shed along with your natural lashes as part of your lash growth cycle. On average, we lose 2 to 5 natural lashes per day, meaning your extensions will gradually thin out over time. A refill every 2 to 3 weeks helps maintain fullness, replaces shed extensions, and keeps your lashes looking fresh and flawless.
